Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will be charged for reservations of 10 or more people.

100% cancellation fee for same-day and previous-day cancellations.

Cancellation fee of 70% for cancellations made two days prior.

50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3 days prior to the cancellation date.

Cancellation fee of 30% for cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to the cancellation date.

Cancellations made up to 8 days in advance are free of charge.

We require the final number of participants to be confirmed at least three days in advance.

If the number of attendees decreases, a cancellation fee will apply.There will be no additional charges for any increase in quantity.
